Senior Software Engineer

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Spain. This remote position focuses on transforming Grafana into a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform for observability. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, operational experience with SaaS platforms, and expertise in distributed systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coding new features and enhancing operational experience
• Authoring and reviewing design documents
• Shaping the product roadmap
• Mentoring team members and cross-team collaboration
• Participating in on-call rotations
