Senior Software Engineer

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Germany. This remote position focuses on transforming Grafana into a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform for observability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refactoring Grafana for simplicity and standardization
• Developing new features and enhancing operational experience
• Contributing to design documents and shaping the roadmap
• Mentoring team members and collaborating across the organization
• Participating in on-call rotations

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong coding skills and operational experience
• Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work across teams
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with or enthusiasm to learn Golang
