Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing product expert team. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enabling Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers, ensuring their success and happiness. You'll be the bridge between the highly technical engineering team, customers, and the Sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Owning technical engagements with customers and helping close complex opportunities
• Delivering product and technical presentations
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• Contributing to documentation, blog posts, videos, and other enablement materials

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers
• A love for solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers
• A technical mindset and desire for continuous growth
• The ability to handle complex assignments with strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
