Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs, the company behind the widely-used open source visualization tool with over 20M users globally, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing technical team. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technical expertise and customer success for a leader in the observability space.

The Solutions Engineering team serves as the bridge between Grafana Labs' engineering teams, customers, and sales organization. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving the company's worldwide growth by leveraging your technical expertise to educate and enable customers through demos, hands-on training, and technical evaluations.

The role demands a unique blend of technical acumen and communication skills. You'll be working with Grafana's cutting-edge observability stack, including Grafana Mimir for metrics, Grafana Loki for logs, and Grafana Tempo for traces. Your responsibilities will span from delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to contributing to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

This position offers competitive compensation with an OTE range of $198,000 - $237,000 USD, plus equity and bonus opportunities.
