Description For Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs, powering over 20 million users globally with their open-source visualization platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing technical team. This role bridges the gap between engineering, customers, and sales, requiring expertise in both technical implementation and customer relationship management.

Your position serves as a crucial communication channel between customers and Grafana's Product Management and Engineering teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a customer-facing role. The position offers competitive compensation, equity, and the chance to work with cutting-edge observability technology used by organizations worldwide, from NASA to Minecraft HQ.

Working at Grafana Labs means joining a diverse, inclusive environment where talent and dedication are valued above all. The company is committed to building a workplace where passionate and creative employees can do their best work, regardless of background.
