Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs, powering over 20M users globally with their open-source visualization platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing technical team. This role serves as a crucial bridge between engineering, customers, and sales, requiring expertise in technical pre-sales and open source technologies.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating and enabling customers to succeed with their technology stack. You'll work with the renowned Grafana LGTM Stack, which includes scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo), serving major enterprises like Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay.

The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and communication skills, as you'll be responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into effective solutions. You'll partner closely with the sales team, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to product development through customer feedback.
