Grafana Labs, powering over 20M users globally with their open-source visualization platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing technical team. This role serves as a crucial bridge between engineering, customers, and sales, requiring expertise in technical pre-sales and open-source technologies.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating and enabling customers to succeed with their technology stack. You'll work closely with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities while serving as a key communicator between customers and internal Product Management and Engineering teams.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to major enterprises like Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay. You'll be handling everything from technical demonstrations to hands-on enablement, helping customers implement Grafana's LGTM Stack for their observability needs.
