Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs, powering over 20M users globally with their open-source visualization platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing technical team. This role bridges the gap between engineering, customers, and sales, requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be instrumental in Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating and enabling customers to succeed with their technology stack. You'll work with the Grafana LGTM Stack, which includes cutting-edge observability tools for metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo).

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from startups to major enterprises like Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay. You'll be responsible for technical presentations, customer enablement, and providing valuable feedback to product teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably in open-source technologies or monitoring solutions. You'll need excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to various stakeholders.
