Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs, a leader in open-source visualization and observability solutions with over 20 million users worldwide, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing technical team. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the bridge between Grafana's engineering teams, customers, and sales organization. Your primary mission will be to enable Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by sharing technical and product expertise through demonstrations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations. You'll work closely with the sales team to qualify and close opportunities while serving as a crucial communication channel between customers and the Product Management team.

The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills. You'll need to excel at understanding customer requirements and translating them into effective solutions using Grafana Labs' technology stack.
