Graduate Applications Developer

Grayce is seeking a Graduate Applications Developer to join their Graduate Development Programme. This role offers an opportunity to work on major global transformation programmes across diverse industries. As part of the Accelerated Development Programme, you'll gain hands-on experience working full-time on-site with prestigious FTSE100, 250, and 500 organisations.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Continuous learning and industry-accredited qualifications

• Potential progression from Analyst to Lead Analyst after two years

The ideal candidate should have:

• A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject
• Technical knowledge in programming languages, frameworks, and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent soft skills, including communication and time management
