Description For Graduate Pega Developer

Grayce, a leading transformation partner for FTSE 100 and 250 companies, is seeking a Graduate Pega Developer to join their Accelerated Development Programme. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in technology and business transformation.

The position offers a unique blend of technical and business skills development, specifically focused on Pega technology implementation for a global blue-chip specialist insurance firm. As a Graduate Pega Developer, you'll be immersed in designing, building, and maintaining Pega-based solutions while developing a comprehensive understanding of the platform and its application development process.

The role is part of Grayce's structured development program, which includes extensive training and support. You'll receive industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA, SFIA level 3 & 4, and Agile Practitioner qualifications. The program provides hands-on experience working directly with prestigious FTSE organizations, complemented by mentoring from experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers.

What makes this opportunity particularly attractive is the clear progression path and comprehensive support system. Starting at £25,000, there's significant potential for salary growth as you develop your expertise. You'll benefit from a flexible training budget, leadership development, and continuous professional development opportunities. The role also includes access to an Employee Assistance Programme offering support ranging from financial and legal advice to health and wellbeing services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and show genuine enthusiasm for technology and business process management. While experience with Java or JavaScript is advantageous, the role emphasizes potential and learning ability over existing technical expertise.

This position offers an excellent foundation for a career in technical consulting and enterprise software development, with the unique advantage of combining both technical expertise and business acumen development.
