Software Engineer (Platform)

We are looking for a Software Engineer (SWE3 or possibly SWE4) to join our Platform team at Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Golang and expertise in Software Architecture, AWS, Kubernetes APIs, CI/CD, Networking, and Developer Experience.

As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation by creating solutions that improve the day-to-day work experience of our 500+ Engineers. Your mission will be to make it simple and efficient for Engineering teams to follow best practices through the tools, processes, and automation you develop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose innovative solutions to optimize systems and processes
• Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline workflows
• Ensure modules, models, and services are built with speed and quality in mind
• Establish processes and guardrails to simplify adherence to best practices
• Continuously seek improvements to support fast and high-quality delivery

Requirements:

• Strong fundamentals in Software Architecture, AWS, Kubernetes APIs, CI/CD, Networking, and Developer Experience
• Experience developing production Golang applications, libraries, CLIs, etc.
• Proficiency in English or Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Platform teams
• Experience with Developer Experience tooling, Software Testing solutions, or Kubernetes Operators
• Knowledge of Incident Management, Continuous Improvement, and AI concepts
• Experience with Engineering Productivity metrics analysis frameworks
