Guestwise is seeking a Mid Full Stack Product Engineer to contribute to their product roadmap acceleration and bring best-in-class engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience with PHP & Laravel, as well as exposure to front-end frameworks like React or VueJS. The role involves working across the full development lifecycle, building scalable components, and collaborating within a cross-functional team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to architecture, UI/UX, and feature prioritization
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries
- Ensuring code is well-tested and highly performant
- Translating requirements into high-quality code and product features
- Helping define the front-end tech stack and tooling
- Advocating for engineering best practices
The tech stack includes Laravel (Blade & Bootstrap), React (NextJS), React Native for mobile applications, and GoLang microservices. The company heavily relies on AWS managed services.

Requirements For Mid Full Stack Engineer (PHP/Laravel/React)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience working with Laravel
- Familiarity with PHP standards, best practices and SOLID programming
- Professional experience working with React, VueJS or other front-end frameworks
- Experience writing well-tested code at various layers of the testing pyramid
- Experience with performance and scalability optimization
- Ability to work directly with product managers, project managers, and operations colleagues
- Ability to take charge of work, work autonomously and with some ambiguity
- Desire to ship work fast and often, highly productive
- Willingness to ask and listen to feedback
