Atlassian Administrator/Developer

As a member of the Business Technology Collaboration Applications team, the Sr. Collaboration applications administrator/developer will be responsible for administering, developing, and maintaining our intranet and supporting other Collaboration applications like Slack, Atlassian stack including Jira, Smartsheet, and Miro. This role involves troubleshooting problems, working collaboratively with team members, identifying improvements, and ensuring functional and technical requirements are met. The engineer will provide technical support and guidance, coordinate with the product management team, and ensure applications align with company objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to switch between high-level strategic design, application administration, and hands-on development work. They should be willing to learn new technologies like Atlassian Status Page and Jira Product discovery, with training provided. This position requires 2+ years of development experience using Python and JavaScript, and a Bachelor's degree. Experience administering and maintaining Lumapps is a plus. The role is hybrid and based in Bangalore, India, with the possibility of working UK shifts.
