Guidewire, a leading enterprise-level SaaS company listed on Nasdaq (GWRE), is revolutionizing the 500-year-old insurance industry through innovative data solutions. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Analytics and Data Services team in Bangalore. The role focuses on transforming vast amounts of collected data into actionable insights that drive billions of decision points across pricing, portfolio management, underwriting, claims management, and risk transfer.

Our Analytics division specifically helps insurers and financial institutions model evolving risks through internet-scale data listening, adaptive machine learning, and insurance risk modeling. The ideal candidate will work with Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center, developing and maintaining data models and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer (Guidewire Data & Xcenter)

  • Develop and maintain data models to support business requirements and ensure data integrity
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL Pipelines
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code using SQL and programming languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements For Senior Software Engineer (Guidewire Data & Xcenter)
