Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a dynamic, visionary Business Technology Developer to join our growing Business Technology team. You'll design, build, and administer our Salesforce and automation platforms for our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business analysts to provide scalable solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Business, IT, BI, and Engineering
• Developing end-to-end integrations between Product and Go-To-Market applications
• Providing best practice recommendations for Salesforce and GTM projects
• Developing solutions using force.com platform, Flows, Apex, LWC, Web Services, and APIs
• Supporting and mentoring a diverse team of onshore and offshore developers

We're looking for candidates with:

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce's suite of products
• Strong proficiency with Force.com Platform skills
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Understanding of SaaS data models and DevOps processes
• 6+ years of experience building custom solutions on Salesforce
• 2+ years of experience integrating business applications and mentoring junior developers
