Senior Technical Solutions Engineer

As part of the Technical Solutions team for Gusto Embedded Payroll, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end technical success of partners building embedded payroll. You'll work closely with internal Engineering, Product, and Business teams to support partners throughout their lifecycle. The role involves inspiring partners, leading technical success, driving product development, diagnosing challenges, and being the first point of contact for technical issues. You'll also build tools and systems to scale the Technical Solutions function.
