Senior Software Engineer

HackerOne, the global leader in human-powered security, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Pune office. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, working at the intersection of cybersecurity and software engineering. You'll be the most senior engineer in the team, collaborating with teams across India, Netherlands, and North America.

The position offers a comprehensive journey starting with a structured onboarding process (H.A.T.C.H.), where you'll build deep understanding of our security products and codebase. You'll work on hacker-facing areas of our platform, leading important projects while collaborating with principal engineers and designers.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of full-stack experience, particularly with Ruby on Rails or Python, and interest in cutting-edge technologies like generative AI and GraphQL.
