Responsibilities For Lead Data Engineer - Managed Services

  • Monitor, automate, and improve software systems' reliability, performance, and availability
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs
  • Collaborate with internal and customer teams
  • Mentor and coach other associates
  • Measure and optimize system performance
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications
  • Run the production environment by monitoring availability
  • Take a holistic view of system health

Requirements For Lead Data Engineer - Managed Services

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar analytical field
  • 4+ years in related technical roles, 1+ in management or team leadership
  • Experience hiring, developing, and managing a technical team
  • Experience designing and developing data warehouses
  • Experience building ETL/ELT ingestion pipelines
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and query tuning
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools
  • Cloud experience on Snowflake or AWS
  • Experience with business intelligence/data analytics
  • Advanced English
  • Management skills (people and agile projects)
