As a Senior Hardware Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of our body-worn cameras, battery charging equipment, and wireless accessories. You will manage the full hardware lifecycle, from concept through to production, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. This role is a critical leadership position within the hardware team, where you'll drive product innovation, manage manufacturing relationships, and ensure timely execution of hardware deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and development process for body-worn cameras and related accessories
  • Overseeing prototype creation and testing
  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Collaborating with manufacturing suppliers and contractors
  • Managing product compliance with industry standards
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep understanding of hardware design, including video, audio, power management, and wireless communications
  • Strong knowledge of product compliance and testing
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams
  • Creative mindset for hardware design
  • Ability to work well with other teams
  • Fluency in Mandarin for supplier communication
  • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant engineering field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development
