Software Engineer, Machine Learning

Harvey is seeking a Software Engineer, Machine Learning to join their Engineering team. This role involves owning and leading engineering projects across various product lines, with a focus on building products where machine learning models are a core component. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an engineering role, experience shipping scaled and impactful products powered by machine learning, and a track record of building reliable products with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting data collection, experimentation, and analysis for RAG and multi-step AI pipelines
• Rapid prototyping, evaluating, integrating, and testing new product features
• Developing new AI native workflows, balancing state-of-the-art techniques with pragmatism
