Join Hedepy, a rapidly growing mental health platform transforming access to mental healthcare across Central and Eastern Europe, as a Frontend Developer. We're seeking more than just a programmer - we want someone passionate about delivering value to users and continuously improving our platform experience for both clients and therapists.
The role focuses on enhancing user experience and implementing new features that simplify and improve our platform usage. You'll be working with a modern tech stack centered around Next.js, with opportunities to engage in full-stack development. The position splits time between developing new features (60%) and improving code quality and maintainability (40%).
As part of a diverse international team of 60+ people from 10+ countries, you'll work closely with the CTO and development team in a remote-first environment. The company offers flexible working arrangements, including a 4-day work week option, and unique benefits like free therapy sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong Next.js experience, with additional skills in E2E testing, Tailwind, and A/B testing being advantageous. You'll need proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English (B2 level) to collaborate effectively with the international team. - Develop and deliver new features for B2C and B2B users (60% of time)
- Improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability (40% of time)

Requirements For Frontend Developer (Next.js)
- Proven experience with Next.js
- Backend development experience (preferred)
- Experience with E2E testing using Playwright (preferred)
- Experience with Tailwind styling (preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing using Growthbook (preferred)
- Interest in web performance
- Czech/Slovak language proficiency
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
