Frontend Developer (Next.js)

Hedepy is transforming mental healthcare accessibility across Central and Eastern Europe, and we're looking for a Mid-level Frontend Developer to join our mission. As part of our team, you'll work on improving user experience and developing new features for our mental health platform that serves both B2C and B2B clients, as well as therapists.

You'll be working closely with our CTO Jakub and the entire development team, focusing on building and improving our Next.js-based platform. Your time will be split between developing new features (60%) and improving existing code for better scalability and performance (40%).

We're a remote-first company with offices in Prague and Brno, offering a flexible work environment where you can choose between full-time or a 4-day work week. Our international team of around 50 people from 10+ countries creates a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should have strong Next.js experience, a passion for web performance, and excellent English skills (B2 level minimum). Knowledge of Czech/Slovak is required as well. Additional experience with backend development and WebRTC would be advantageous.
