We're seeking a mid-level Web Designer and Developer to join our Growth and Marketing team. This hybrid role combines web design and light development, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the rapidly expanding telehealth industry. You'll be responsible for designing, testing, creating, and maintaining web content, working closely with team members to drive success across our website and landing pages.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Web Design: Create new content for the website and marketing landing pages, design assets, work within branding guidelines, and design user-friendly interactions.
2. Web Development: Implement designs in the CMS, coordinate with other developers, monitor website performance, and manage ongoing maintenance.
3. Web Management: Conduct website testing, manage web tools and vendors, collaborate on marketing projects, and apply your well-rounded experience to various tasks.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design tools like Adobe CC and Figma, experience with web builders like Framer, strong web development principles, UX knowledge, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional skills in A/B testing, React, and marketing team experience are beneficial.
