This role is pivotal in supporting our RTI, On-Chain Data Analysis, and PMS teams by creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and data visualizations.
The position offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team of ~40 professionals across Trading & Research, Tech, and Operations. As a senior engineer, you'll be instrumental in transforming complex ideas into user-friendly applications, from visualizing upcoming listings to creating sophisticated trading interfaces.
Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to production deployment. You'll work with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, handle real-time data visualization, and ensure optimal performance for large datasets. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with researchers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of frontend/full-stack experience, with deep knowledge of modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte. Experience with WebSocket, relational databases, and data visualization libraries is highly valued. Responsibilities For Senior Full-Stack Engineer (GUI/Frontend-Focused)
- Design and build responsive, high-performance front-end applications with robust frameworks
- Work closely with researchers and stakeholders to understand requirements and craft user interfaces
- Build and maintain front-end components that handle large datasets and real-time data updates
- Contribute to architectural decisions for front-end and microservice integrations
- Guide junior developers, review code, and promote front-end best practices
- Troubleshoot urgent issues as they arise
Requirements For Senior Full-Stack Engineer (GUI/Frontend-Focused)
- 7+ years of proven work experience in front-end or full-stack development
- Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte)
- Proven experience working with real-time data and large datasets
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with WebSocket preferred
- Experience with relational databases preferred
- Familiarity with D3.js, Observable Plot or similar data visualization libraries
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker and AWS
