The role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly on cutting-edge hypersonic vehicle development, where you'll be responsible for crucial structural assembly and testing processes. As part of the Manufacturing Team, you'll collaborate with a lean, experienced group of professionals with diverse expertise in welding, additive manufacturing, machining, and avionics.

Your responsibilities will span from developing and refining manufacturing processes to leading improvement projects and providing vital design feedback. You'll work closely with both engineering and technician teams, making you a key bridge between design and implementation. The position requires hands-on involvement in the production environment, where you'll apply your expertise in metallic manufacturing techniques, CAD, and process improvement methodologies.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of aviation or aerospace manufacturing experience, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with advanced materials like Inconel and Titanium, and contribute to the transition of parts from first article to production.
