Description For Architecture Technical Office Engineer

High Art is seeking an Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join their team. This role requires creativity and the ability to design diverse mega and complex architectural projects. The successful candidate will create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs, coordinate with other trades to solve conflicts between different disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), and have a good background in building materials and construction methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications
  • Preparing and following up on technical queries with clients and consultants
  • Participating in resolving and reporting unexpected technical difficulties
  • Studying project contract documents, including time schedules, design drawings, and BOQs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
  • 3-6 years of experience in the field
  • High proficiency in digital software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and MS Office
  • Strong technical drawing skills
  • Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
