Software Development Engineer 3 - AI

HighLevel is seeking a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 1+ year's hands-on experience in Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular) to build cutting-edge, AI-powered products. The role focuses on various AI-related areas:

1. Conversations AI: Develop AI solutions for appointment booking, forms filling, sales, and intent recognition.
2. Workflows AI: Create and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate business processes.
3. Voice AI: Focus on VOIP technology with emphasis on low latency and high-quality voice interactions.
4. Support AI: Integrate AI solutions with FreshDesk and ClickUp to enhance customer support systems.
5. Platform AI: Oversee AI training, billing, content generation, funnels, image processing, and model evaluations.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing secure, reusable, testable, and efficient REST APIs
• Designing database schemas and writing efficient queries
• Developing user-facing features and integrating with REST APIs
• Maintaining consistency with design principles and reusing components
• Communicating with team members, product team, and support team

Requirements:

• Expertise with large scale Conversation Agents and Response Evaluations
• Good hands-on experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular)
• Experience working with production-grade applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Expertise with MongoDB
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
