HighLevel is revolutionizing the digital marketing landscape with its comprehensive white-label marketing and sales platform. As a rapidly growing company with 1000+ employees across 15 countries, they're seeking a Tableau Developer to join their data analytics team.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with massive scale - handling 3 Billion+ API hits, 2 Billion+ message events monthly, and managing 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases. The position is fully remote for residents of India, with a shift timing of 3PM – 12 AM IST.

As a Tableau Developer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming complex data sets into actionable insights. You'll create and manage Tableau dashboards providing real-time insights to stakeholders, perform advanced data analysis using SQL, and act as a senior liaison between the data team and other business units.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced SQL and Tableau skills, and 5+ years of experience in Tableau development. You'll be joining a company that serves over 60K agencies & entrepreneurs and 450K million businesses globally, making a significant impact on how businesses manage their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities For Tableau Developer

  • Perform complex SQL queries to fetch and manipulate datasets
  • Create and manage real-time Tableau dashboards
  • Build, maintain, modify, and debug Tableau dashboards end-to-end
  • Gather and document business requirements for analytics reports
  • Act as senior liaison between data team and other business units
  • Mentor junior analysts and lead by example
  • Collaborate with teams for troubleshooting and solutions development

Requirements For Tableau Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Advanced Tableau skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
