Partner Solutions Engineer

Hightouch is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to join their growing ISV Partnerships team. This role is crucial in shaping the CDP landscape for ISV partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the modern CDP ecosystem and Hightouch's role in enabling shared customers to transform their warehouse and MarTech stack.

Key responsibilities include:

• Becoming a trusted partner in cross-adoption of Hightouch and Technology Partners
• Owning the technical side of ISV Partnerships, including training and enablement
• Developing and presenting impactful demos
• Supporting partners in developing integrations with Hightouch
• Participating in product, sales, and partner certifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of data warehouse and/or MarTech solutions engineering experience
• Familiarity with Composable CDP tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud, Hightouch)
• SQL and Cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery are a plus)
• Strong presentation skills and ability to develop compelling CDP solutions
• Customer-facing experience with empathy and relationship management skills
• Passion for the modern data warehouse ecosystem

The role involves 25% travel and offers a salary range of $160,000-$200,000 OTE (70/30 variable) USD per year, along with meaningful equity compensation.
