Hightouch is revolutionizing data activation through our Reverse ETL platform, enabling businesses to seamlessly sync data between warehouses and operational systems. As a rapidly growing company trusted by major enterprises like Spotify, Ramp, and Grammarly, we're seeking a product-minded backend engineer to join our Control Plane team.

The role focuses on building enterprise-scale solutions for our growing customer base. You'll work on critical systems including:

  • Developing and extending our access control framework for enterprise-level permissions
  • Creating tools for change management in data models and warehouses
  • Optimizing warehouse performance and cost management for large-scale operations

We're looking for someone who can dive deep into distributed systems and asynchronous workflows while maintaining a strong product perspective. You'll need to think holistically about architecture, scalability, and reliability.
