Salesforce Developer

Hippo Insurance, a Silicon Valley InsurTech company, is revolutionizing the home insurance industry through innovative IoT monitoring devices and cutting-edge software solutions. We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Polish branch, working remotely with our US-based team.

The role involves full-stack development using both low and pro code (Apex, LWC) to build and maintain Salesforce as the primary workspace for Sales and Service operations. You'll be part of a small, focused team following Scrum methodologies, with daily collaboration with US-based colleagues. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

As our ideal candidate, you bring 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience, strong Apex coding skills, and administrator experience with modern Sales Cloud. You'll be responsible for developing new features, improving architecture, and ensuring smooth integration of various components. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, as you'll work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
