Responsibilities For Tech Lead Machine Learning Engineer, Branding Ads
- Design and develop innovative monetization products that enhance user engagement and generate revenue
- Lead the development of a large-scale Ads system
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of Ads algorithms using advanced machine learning techniques
- Develop and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) technologies for content understanding and taxonomy classification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
Requirements For Tech Lead Machine Learning Engineer, Branding Ads
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Go, C/C++, Python
- Ability to think critically, with strong problem-solving skills and a clear approach to designing solutions
- Professional experience in machine learning, data mining, data analysis, and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of key advertising technologies, including brand ads, content ads, auction systems, bidding strategies, ranking, and ad forecasting
- Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking systems, recommendation systems, backend engineering, large-scale systems, data science, or full-stack development
- Strong product sense with a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful product features
