As an Engineering Manager at Hive, you'll lead a team of highly capable and passionate engineers, helping them achieve their goals through mentorship. You'll interface closely with product management, machine learning, QA, and sales teams to build roadmaps supporting the long-term vision of the team. You'll participate in product technical design and architecture, and be involved in the full development cycle.

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or similar technical field
  • 4+ years experience developing software as an engineer
  • 3+ years experience managing engineering teams
  • Familiarity with technologies like Node, C++, Scala/Spark, SQL, Cassandra, Docker
