Mobile Software Engineer

Join Homebase as a Mobile Software Engineer and be part of an unstoppable team revolutionizing small business team management. As a Homie, you'll contribute to designing, building, and implementing incredible software solutions that enhance the Homebase platform, impacting the lives of our customers.

You'll be working on:

• Driving product engineering end-to-end for mobile to deliver value to customers
• Contributing to the evolution of our engineering strategy and development process
• Rapidly prototyping and iterating on ideas
• Taking ownership of initiatives and measuring key metrics
• Embracing continuous improvement and learning from successes and failures
• Championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and action

We're looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of Mobile Software Engineering experience
• Expertise in Kotlin, Kotlin coroutines, and various common Android frameworks
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented software design, design patterns, and performant code
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles and best practices
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, Github, CircleCI, and development using pull requests
