Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for expanding the company's property portfolio. Your goal is to negotiate service conditions up to contract signing.
After training in our sales methods and sector, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire sales process: from needs assessment to contract signing.
- Conducting follow-ups by phone to convince seasonal rental property owners to work with us.
- Promoting the Homerez solution.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Supporting property owners through to contract signing.
