Under the responsibility of the Sales Team Leader, you will be in charge of developing the company's property portfolio. Your goal is to negotiate the conditions of the service until the contract is signed.
After training in our sales methods and our sector, your main missions will be as follows π:
- You manage the sales process from end to end: from needs assessment to contract signing.
- You ensure follow-up by phone to convince seasonal rental owners to work with us. π
- You promote the Homerez solution.
- You negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
- You support owners until the contract is signed.
