Under the responsibility of the Sales Team Leader, you will be in charge of developing the company's property portfolio. Your objective is to negotiate the conditions of the service until the contract is signed.
After comprehensive training in our sales methods and our sector, here are the missions that await you π:
- Manage the sales process from A to Z: from needs assessment to contract signing.
- Establish effective follow-up by phone to convince seasonal rental owners to work with us. π
- Actively promote the Homerez solution.
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Support owners until the final signature.
