Description For Stage - Business Developer & Account Manager - Spanish / Italian / Portuguese

Homerez, a European leader in vacation rentals for 6 years, works with over 10,000 property owners. They aim to offer the best experience to clients by enhancing properties and providing unparalleled visibility. The internship offers exposure to three core commercial development roles: sales, account management, and travel reservation agent. They seek a curious intern eager to learn, fluent in French, English, and a third language (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese) to thrive in their international team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting potential vacation homeowners about Homerez services
  • Explaining the Homerez service and addressing owner queries
  • Guiding property owners through the signing process
  • Serving as the main point of contact for property owners
  • Enhancing existing property profitability by identifying areas for improvement
  • Monitoring property performance
  • Responding to traveler and owner inquiries in their language
  • Assisting travelers with the booking process
  • Resolving disputes with a focus on finding solutions

The ideal candidate:

  • Is preferably in their final year of studies (internship may lead to a permanent position)
  • Wants to join a dynamic startup
  • Is quick with phone communication, can convey a smile over the phone, and enjoys teamwork
  • Is a native or bilingual speaker of French and Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
  • Speaks English
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
