Installation Engineer

HomeSecure.ie, Ireland's Fastest Growing Home Alarm and Monitoring Company, is seeking an Installation Engineer in Co. Limerick. As part of our Field Team, you'll install home monitoring systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and security. This role requires a passion for perfection, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing agreed Home Monitoring solutions
• Upselling products based on customer needs
• Achieving KPIs related to your role
• Collaborating with the wider field team for best practice sharing and support

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Sales experience or ability
• A full clean driving license and be aged 23 or over
• A clean personal record (able to pass our vetting process)
• Basic understanding of alarms, technology, and electrical works (advantage, but full training provided)
