Description For Software Engineer Student

As a Software Engineer Student at Honeycomb, you'll:

  • Assist the AI team in all aspects of algorithm development, including code refactoring, data maintenance, and model deployment.
  • Develop and implement machine learning pipelines for both production and research environments.
  • Develop monitoring dashboards to visualize models' impact in production.
  • Develop a scalable and real-time models execution system in production.
  • Support machine learning operations (MLOps), ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.

Basic Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3rd-year or 4th-year student with strong academic standing.
  • Proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts; coursework in machine learning, deep learning, tabular data, or natural language processing is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a team player with a positive attitude, and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Availability to commit to a position of 60% time or more.
  • Ability to transition to a full-time position within one to two years.
