HostAI is revolutionizing the $4T real estate industry with their conversational AI platform designed to streamline business communication. As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team of 7, working directly with the Founding AI Engineer and CTO to build and refine production-grade agentic AI systems.

The role offers a unique opportunity to own the entire AI lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing agentic systems that handle real-world tasks, improving existing AI workflows, and establishing robust monitoring and testing frameworks. The position requires expertise in building and shipping AI systems at scale, particularly using modern LLM-based techniques.

Working from either San Francisco or Milan, you'll be at the forefront of developing AI solutions that automate communications workflows for housing and hospitality operators. The company offers a competitive salary range of €60k–€120k, along with the chance to own critical AI infrastructure in a fast-growing product.
