Lead Developer Microsoft D365 F&O

HSO is seeking an experienced Lead Developer for their Finance & Operations team to work on challenging projects with Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft's ERP system. As a Lead Developer, you'll collaborate with colleagues to seamlessly integrate applications and work with integration specialists to build technical solutions. You'll continuously optimize the system and serve as a knowledge sharer within your team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing technical solutions within Dynamics 365
• Leading a team of (remote) Software Engineers
• Acting as a valuable sparring partner for both clients and colleagues
• Creating integrations between various Microsoft products and third-party add-ons
• Spearheading knowledge-sharing sessions across various domains
• Developing and implementing Best Practices and Guidelines
• Collaborating with the Technical Architect to transform conceived solutions into technical designs and well-functioning software

The Finance & Operations team focuses on implementing Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft's ERP system. With a team of 100 dedicated colleagues, you'll work on setting up and improving core business processes, guiding clients through often long-term projects.
