Experienced C++ Developer, ETFs

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an Experienced C++ Developer focused on ETFs. As a Core Developer, you'll work closely with the Algo Development team to design, build, and improve automated ETF trading systems. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our live trading platform and research tooling in this greenfield area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and improve automated ETF trading systems
• Work closely with the Algo Development team
• Shape the future of our live trading platform and research tooling

Qualifications:

• Experience building ETF trading technology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong C++ experience required
• Python experience preferred
• Experience collaborating with quantitative researchers & traders preferred
• Superior design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of UNIX operating systems (Linux), system/processor performance, and network communication

Compensation:

• Annual base salary range: $175,000 to $250,000
• Performance-based bonuses
• Sign-on bonus may be available
