Senior Systems Engineer

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their IT Solutions Delivery team. This role involves architecting, engineering, and implementing systems and automation for IT operations, identity and access management, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS operations, IAM best practices, and a passion for automating technical operations to enhance business productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing tools and automation to support IT processes
• Integrating and ensuring smooth operation of enterprise SaaS applications
• Documenting system architecture, processes, and best practices
• Breaking down complexity, iterating, and communicating progress to various stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines
• Proficiency in programming/scripting, with Python preferred
• Familiarity with various SaaS and unified communications platforms (e.g., Workday, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Zoom, 8x8, Slack)
• Knowledge of authentication and provisioning methods (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, API-based workflows)
• Experience with IaC and configuration management tools is a plus

HRT offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, potential sign-on and performance bonuses, and company-paid benefits.
