ML Research Engineer, AI Agents - EMEA Remote

The role focuses on developing and improving agent systems, particularly GUI agents that interact with screen recordings through mouse/keyboard setups. As an ML Research Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of agent development, working on the entire stack from maintaining smolagents to building new libraries and frameworks. The role combines cutting-edge machine learning research with practical engineering, requiring expertise in post-training, inference, orchestration, and UX design.
