The position combines software engineering expertise with technical writing, focusing on creating and editing developer documentation, API guides, and broader technical content. Their technology employs "reinforcement learning from human expression" (RLHE) to create AI models that can better serve as question answerers, copywriters, tutors, and call center agents.
