Software Engineer - Engineering Velocity

Your mission will be to help us scale our engineering capabilities as we enter an exciting phase of growth. You'll be instrumental in refreshing our systems and reworking processes to prepare us for future challenges. This role is particularly suited for those who have experience with accelerated growth in rapidly scaling engineering organizations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams to understand their challenges, implementing tools to enhance collaboration and improve workflows, taking ownership of projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and addressing bottlenecks that affect productivity.

We're looking for someone with strong DevOps experience, mastery of languages like Python, Rust, or Go, and a proven track record of building internal platforms and tooling. You should be comfortable with AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
