Solutions Engineer

hyperexponential is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in London. The role involves being a key part of the Solutions Engineering team, which provides technical capability and domain knowledge to the GTM function.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll:

• Be a trusted advisor to prospects, using your interpersonal skills and technical credibility
• Become an expert in hx Renew, knowing its capabilities inside-out
• Work closely with various teams including sales, engineering, marketing, and product management
• Run proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Renew's capabilities
• Deliver product demos to prospective clients, focusing on persona-based messaging
• Contribute to creating reusable sales assets
• Work with the AI team to test and give feedback on new AI functionalities
• Build art-of-the-possible demos using AI capabilities
• Support answering RFPs and RFIs for the sales team

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, good listener, team player, data-driven, enthusiastic, organized, and inquisitive. Experience in a customer-facing role and knowledge of the (re)insurance industry are highly valued.
