Description For Lead Assembly, Integration and Testing Engineer - Japan

ICEYE, the global leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite operations, is seeking a Lead Assembly, Integration and Testing Engineer for their Japan operations. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise in spacecraft assembly and testing. Based in Finland with extensive travel to Japan, you'll lead a team of AIT engineers while working on cutting-edge satellite technology.

The position offers an opportunity to shape the Earth Observation industry while working with ICEYE's world-leading SAR constellation. You'll be responsible for overseeing the assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft systems, ensuring all components meet rigorous performance standards.   • Lead and mentor AIT engineers and technicians team
  • Manage schedule priorities and execute work deliverables
  • Perform and oversee spacecraft and satellite systems assembly
  • Plan and execute testing procedures
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation
