Senior Mechanical Test Engineer

ICEYE, the global leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite operations, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Test Engineer to join their growing Engineering Test Team in Espoo, Finland. The role involves working at the cutting edge of satellite technology, supporting the qualification of new technologies and test equipment for satellite production. You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating mechanical tests on new generation satellites, designing test equipment, and supporting satellite assembly operations.

As a Senior Mechanical Test Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead R&D projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of test equipment and procedures. The position requires expertise in mechanical vibration testing, FE analysis, and CAD software, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical skills.
